Ntiense David Etokebe, Esquire

General Practice of law with a concentration in Estates & Trusts, Elder Law, and Healthcare Law

 Ntiense David Etokebe is a partner and senior counsel in Amity and Suleman’s Estates and Trusts practice. He holds a B.Pharm degree from Howard University School of Pharmacy & Pharmacal Sciences (1990); and a Juris Doctor from the University of Maryland School of Law (1995). He is admitted to practice before the Court of Appeals of Maryland; and the United States District Court for the District of Maryland.


Mr. Etokebe has extensive experience in assisting clients with the creation and administration of trusts and guardianships to provide for minors and adults who cannot care for themselves, as well as representing clients in will contests and probate litigation. His clients trust him for compassionate representation that protects their rights and assets in the most streamlined and peaceable manner possible. He provides his clients with creative and strategic guidance to preserve their assets; and counsels individuals and families in a wide range of estate planning and post-mortem planning issues, including anything from drafting simple wills to probate administration and trust administration.  


Mr. Etokebe’s healthcare practice pools all his experience to include representation of healthcare entities and professional health care licensees before regulatory agencies and law courts. The emphasis of his practice is consulting on the laws and rules affecting health care practitioners and establishments; pharmacies; prescription and over-the-counter drug re-packers and wholesalers; device and cosmetic manufacturers; and durable medical equipment providers.

Attorney Fatai A. Suleman, Esquire

Attorney Fatai Suleman, admitted to the United States Supreme Court in 2006, is a veteran attorney who first became an attorney in 1990 when he was called to the Nigerian Bar in 1990. He was admitted to the New York Bar (Third Judicial Department) in January 1997, the Court of Appeals of Maryland in December 1997, and admitted to practice before the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, Fourth Circuit, the U.S. District Court for the Districts of Maryland, and the District of Colorado. Attorney Fatai Suleman is a member of the Maryland State Bar Association and is actively engaged in community service to his community and religious organizations.

Attorney Fatai Suleman firmly believes that the U.S. is a country of immigrants and as such he brings his passion to his immigration practice with the purpose of assisting all who desire to pursue the American Dream. He has successfully represented clients before all administrative and judicial bodies in the immigration context and savors his victories with deserved pride. His meticulous attention to detail and fundamental preparation skills are borne of his determination to help his clients navigate the stormy waters of U.S. immigration laws to a successful landing.

In addition to his immigration practice, Attorney  Fatai Suleman also represents clients whose pursuit of the American Dream have been frustrated by unlawful employment discrimination on the basis of their race, color, national origin, and/or gender or other civil rights violations. Attorney Fatai Suleman also represents clients injured in auto accidents and/or slip and fall accidents. He also practice in the fields of Family law, criminal/traffic defense, general litigation and International Business Transactions.

Attorney Fatai Suleman graduated from the University of Benin, Nigeria where he earned the LLB (Honors). Thereafter, he attended the Nigeria Law School, Lagos where he graduated with a BL.

Awards: In 1998, Attorney Fatai Suleman received the Editor's Choice Award from The National Library of Poetry for Outstanding Achievement in Poetry. He is also a recipient of Excellence and Service Awards from civic and religious organizations.
